BZ 1587, 1588: Problems cropping up among players in draft pool

I'm still playing around with settings for a league (to start in 1871). I'm now running test leagues focusing on drafting.

In my first draft pool I find some oddities:
(1) MR issues with all star games: (a) a MR who is listed as having played zero games and has no stats... but his history says he was selected to an all star game, (b) two MRs who pitched less than 3 innings the whole year but who are listed as having been selected to an all star team, but (c) the league had many MRs who had a reasonable number of innings pitched with good performance although this is an 1871 league with 2 starters/rare relief).

(2) A number of players in the draft pool are listed as still being on a high school/College team with stats (and in many most "No history data found" in their history section unless they were, say, injured or something like that). But they appear as eligable for selection in the draft. In many cases, these players are listed as being on the same team: that is, among the about 35 players listed as still being on a high school or college team are a couple of groups of three players from the same team (e.g., 3 players from Virginia Beach HS).


1871 settings/8 ML teams/AAA/AA/A/R with HS and COL feeder leagues.
ML has 18 man roster size.
HS: 2 x 26 divisions playing 30 games/COL: 1 x 8 division playing 30 games.
18 rounds in draft with creation for 19 rounds. "Feeder + additional players" selected. HS and COL leages begin on April 1 and draft occurs on June 2 after the end of the HS/COL seasons. ML league starts on June 1 and teams play 30 games.
