BZ 1447: transactions link bug

Hi, found what looks like another bug. The transactions icon at the bottom of the game window doesn't open the transaction screen 100% of the time when clicked from the schedule window. Instead, it often opens a web browser and connects with the ootpdevelopments homepage. The tab at the page of the page works fine, so appears to be only an issue with the icon. I'm running a fresh install of the new version of the game.
