BZ 1563: Small, nearly cosmetic, bug with All-Star game

This is pretty minor, but is probably fixable.

I just finished the 1993 All-Star game, the first year of my first OOTP 9 league, and I see the top 3 performances listed for the game. The National League won 4-0, and 2 of the 3 players listed are from the NL. However, all 3 say "0-4 loss vs. National" under their stats.

Not a big deal, but again I'm sure this can be fixed so it probably should be.
