BZ 1638, 1639: 2 possible bugs...or maybe I'm missing something

I have these 2 items in my current league that I cant figure out how to deal with.

1) playing with the game provided MLB quickstart, I tried to trade Eric Hinske in September. Since it was after the trade deadline it was submtted as a waiver trade. Normally a few days after the trade is submitted, I would get an answer. Other trades like this have completed since, but nothing on the Hinske trade.

Its now the offseason, I assumed the trade was off. So i tried to trade Hinske again to another team.

The game wont let me, and tells me HinsKe is involved in another trade and camot be traded until that trade is resolved. But I cannot find the trade nor can I clear this of his profile.

His profile nor the traansactions show any refrence to this..

Anyone have an idea?

2) The other issue is when I go to any minor league, and look at the BBN reports for top players ....it is empty...it should the leagues top players...correct? Nothing shows. Also the same for the Top prospects report

In the Player Trade screen, there is a tab called Pending Trades. Is this referenced there?

In one universe, my AAA league shows 8 top hitters while my AA and A leagues show 20 top hitters. None of the leagues show any top pitchers.
