BZ 1742: Fielder injury bug, not sure if reported or not....

Top of the 1st in a managed game. My 2b is injured on a diving catch of a line drive up the middle for the third out of the inning. He is due to lead off in the bottom half of the inning, and when it goes there, I don't get to choose the PH, someone else is already chosen for me.

This has been marked as something that works just fine for the developers. Please let us know if you see it again using the latest version of the game.
