BZ 1823: Player import problem.

Players seem to be importing with the wrong home state. Town is OK, but if the town is in more than one state the game seems to just pick one and not go with what is in the database.

Which version of the game are you using, please? Are you referring to importing historical players?

I've seen this as well. Ever since they changed that city/town thing after 6.5 this has happened. There wasn't a problem with it with 6.5 and earlier. It used to be you could just type in city and state but it won't even let you do that anymore. I have any number of players now with no home towns at all, just country, and this happens even more for foreign (non USA) countries.
