BZ 1848: Could not load world file

I have just encountered a problem that looks like a few others have experienced. I received the could not load world file screen when loading my league at about the 4% mark of load. I am pretty sure there might have been an error when I closed out of the league the time before when it was saving.

I did not have other leagues on there but created new leagues after this to see if I could load them without any problem, and I was able to load them no problems. It appears my league file is corrupted.

I am figuring I am pretty much doomed to start over, but wanted to log the problem and see if there was any chance to save me from starting over. Yes I may have learned a harsh lesson about backing up your work.

Could you zip up the world.dat file and upload it to the FTP site as per the instructions in the How To FTP Files To Us thread and let us know the filename.

I have loaded my entire saved game file on the FTP site under chrisinpa.
