BZ 1967: Help Text still has issues in 9.2.2

There are still issues in the help text files in game.

Do you also get an error about table widths popping up before you get to that help page?

I get the screen similar to what you are showing along with a stream of popup errors beforehand.

I can't specifically remember, I know I have gotten them but don't remember in particular before this shot. I am running a screen resolution of 1920x1200 if that makes a difference.
