BZ 1518: Trade News with Financials Off Lists All Players as Minor Leaguers

Per battists's request that we mention bugs from 09...

I can't seem to find a logged issue for BZ 1518 regarding news stories always referring to all players traded as minor leaguers when financials are turned off. You can see the original post here.

It's marked as WorkedForMe by Markus. If this isn't the case and is still a problem in 9.2.13 let us know and we'll reopen it.

I'll confirm later today, but I'm pretty sure this is still a problem.

This has not been fixed. I've attached a screenshot.

Bug: If financials are off, all players in news stories regarding trades, are listed as minor leaguers. (In the screenshot, Cameron and Thomas are Major league vets.) This is using 9.2.13.

I'm not sure how this is handled... If there's an open BZ ticket in OOTP 9 and it's still a problem in 10, is there a new ticket opened? Anyway, here's a screenshot from 10 showing Major Leaguers listed as Minor-Leaguers in trade news.
