does anyone know if the jayzone ratings translator is being hosted anywhere else now that ootpdownloadcenter appears to be out of commission?

Thanks, jazzrack for hosting my otherwise would-be homeless mods.

A second download link is now added to the rating transport post so people should be able to download utility directly from the post again.
