Schedule Needed

Okay, I asked for this once before but didn't save it in time for the database to crash on here.

I was hoping I could get a schedule below to satisfy the following:

OOTP6.5
2 Leagues
4 Divisions in each league
4 Teams in each division
Total of 32 Teams.
All Star Game Mid way through the season
Totall Balanced
No Interleague Play
Each Team plays the same number of 3 game series both home and away againast every other team. Only 3 game series. Again, no interleague play.

Can anyone help me? The schedule should be at least 162 but I believe that the last time the schedule was made for me it was 180 games, which is fine. I was hoping that it could start mid march, and go not too far into october.

It may have been what you asked for before. If it works but you wanted it to run more mid-March to mid-October instead of early-March to early-October, that would be easy to change.
