Draft Player editor

Where can I find an editor that allows me to create first-year players based on statistics from previous years? It might be obvious, but I just can't find anything! Thanks in advance.

You can try Jayzone's ratings translator to get your ratings based on statistics, then manually create players in-game by turning on the editor. Or you can use the Lahman Database as a template and create a whole database full of players with their career statistics. Then just import your players into the league via the Free Agents page of the game. The game will create ratings based on the career stats in your database.

Where can I find Jayzones? I want to manually input statistics into a program that then translate into ratings.

I don't think it (Jayzones) does what you want.......
