Need a Banner

I was wondering if anyone could make me a banner. It will be for my league the Virtual Reality Baseball Association.

Any ideas would be greatly apprciated.

Any particular dimensions? Any look that you're going for? Color requests? or would you like to leave it up to the creator(s)?
