WrightWing's Historical Facepack 2.1 Released
File is up on jazzrack's site http://jazzrack.us/corporate/?page_id=95
This is an update only file and players can just be dumped into their respective folders in the 2.0 version. 595 more players who debuted between 1950-1979 are in this update. The total number in my facepack now should stand at 8,105 players. Here is the current breakdown of where I stand as far as finished images; 1870's -- 900 career minimum Games Played and/or Innings Pitched 1880's -- same 1890's -- same 1900's -- same 1910's -- 800 career minimum G/IP 1920's -- 700 career minimum G/IP 1930's -- 600 career minimum G/IP 1940's -- 500 career minimum G/IP 1950's -- 100 career minimum G/IP 1960's -- same 1970's -- same 1980's -- same 1990's -- 50 career minimum G/IP 2000's -- 1 career minimum G/IP Files are JPG like the 2.0 version. My page at Yahoo! Photos has been updated as well. Special thanks to Tiger Fan for the inspiration and to remangiii (1.0), and jazzrack (2.0/2.1) for hosting. Version 2.2, here I come... |

2 questions...
1) how current is the grouping of 2005/2006 players? 2) how big is the file/how many pictures total? Thanks.

1) My facepack doesn't update player movement, so it is not current at all with any roster moves in the off-season. I only list a player once in my set, in their debut year. I will not release a 2006 set until after the season is over
2) The 2005 season is included in my 2000s decade folder at jazzrack's site. The decade file size is 13.15MB and has 1187 players listed. The 2005 season contains all 206 players who debuted, but it is unavailable as a download by itself. It sounds like you might be happier with DraftDodger's set that he does. You might do a search for his set(s) on the board or PM him to find out the particulars... |
