league logo alterations

Howdy y'all,

I'm in need of a few alterations for the logo below. First, can you change the letters to IECA and can you add "Independent East Coast Association" around the perimeter (Independent in the upper left, East in the upper right, Coast in the lower right and Association in the lower left)? Second, can you re-size it to 110 x 76? Thanks in advance.
