You guys really came through for me previously with my fake baseball league logos, but I'm asking you guys to help out again for my new Death League on another message board.

Only eight teams in this league, so not a big order.

Toronto All-SARS
Galveston Hurricanes
Washington Hollowpoints
Los Angeles Rodney Kings

Norway Midnight Suns
Chengdu Coughing Cardinals
London Plague Rats
Ethiopia Epidemics

Any help with some graphics for these teams would be great.

BONUS: If anyone wants to help out making a banner for this league too, that'd be cool as well. My idea was to have the Jolly Roger with a baseball for the skull and baseball bats for the crossbones. I know the Death League is somewhat popular, so someone must have a graphic of that somewhere.
