Welp... I aquired a new team, and I can't stand the logo.

Can somebody maybe help with something a little less, uh, cartoonish?

Since no has responded to this yet, mikev, I'll go ahead and throw out an image that could be incorporated into a new logo for you by one of the logo wizards. However, it may still be too 'cartoonish' for your taste. It's based on the Lakewood Blue Claws IIRC.
