Request for Thunder Bay Lightning

When in doubt come to the best. Well guys, I've been helping some guys out in a league I just joined designing a few logos, yet I'm having problems getting something good for my own team. My team, the Thunder Bay Lightning are the proud home of the people of Thunder Bay, Ontario. I just can't seem to get something that I like. Here's what I currently have:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here's another one, sort of based on Tampa Bay. The lightning bolts I'm finding tricky. Maybe someone else can find a better one.

Thanks for those two, they both look great. Yeah, I as well was having problems finding a good lightning bolt to use.
