Terrific logos!

The second one does allow the menacing eyes to show up more - however, when OOTP reduces the logo to 150x150 in the game, I have a feeling that the eyes will be lost in both examples. My suggestion would be to make the eyes more prominent so that they will be the first thing to grab your attention. But that's just my opinion.
I really like the colour scheme, the text and the 'shooting' baseball.

To follow up on what reds1 said, it's a good idea to never consider a logo finished until one has reduced it to 150 x 150 and taken a look at it. The way a logo looks can sometimes be quite different at 150 x 150 as opposed to 300 x 300 or some other larger size. Small details which look fine at larger sizes often get lost easily at OOTP's final size.

I am not a graphics designer, but it looks good, especially if you are a novice.

The colors are well-coordinated and you trimmed the letters well. The baseball is a nice element. The fonts are good.

The graphics are clear and should show up well in the game...if you didn't use "True Black"...that evil villain.

My suggestions would be:

Don't place the eyes in the font. They should be clearly seen.

Put them in the center and dress them up some way...put them in a series of circles...or some other designs or images to add a little spark and glitter to it.

Just don't clutter it up too much.

Thanks for your suggestions, I'll hopefully get a finished product that looks good using everything I have been told. Thanks again.
