help w paint shop

I'm trying to make my own logos but I cant for the life of me figure out how to get the text to curve in a semi-circle.

any help would be DEEPLY appreciated.

Create a circle; click the 'text' button; click the spot on the circle you want the text to start at; type text.

thanks that was a huge help!

This is what I have right now. I was wondering how I can get the "Prospectors" on the bottom to run in the same direction as the city name.

I'm not sure if anyone has answered your question directly or not, but here is what I do in Photoshop:
1) Write your text as normal;
2) Click on "Warp Text" in the upper right corner of the 'Type Tool' bar;
3) Choose "Arc";
4) Make sure "Horizontal" is selected (in lieu of "Vertical");
5) Type in the desired bend radius percentage with a minus sign in front.

This will arc your text upward.
