Adding a Picture for the Manager

Okay, I know how to add images for players, but is there way to add images for managers? I did some searching and I couldn't find anything.

I know in Manager Mode the manager has the default image, so I am guessing this can be changed. Any help would be appreciative.

Unless you're playing in manager mode, you can't add an image for the manager. You can get an image for your manager though. Has to be in .BMP format though, otherwise it won't show. That's how I had to set it so that my Willie Randolph thing would show.
