Henry,

I downloaded your 1960's for my historical league. I converted the jpg's to bmp's and put them in my leagues Photos folder. However, the majority of the players photos do not show up.

Would you please provide me with some detailed instructions. I also noted that quite a few players are not included, such as Sandy Koufax, Don Drysdale, Harmon Killbrew, etc... Am I missing something?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Absolutely. Those ball logos are probably my favorites.

The 1960's set only contains players who made their major league debut in the 60's so for the above mentioned players who debuted in the 50's you will also need to download my 1950's facepack.

How do I get your 50's & 60's photo pack to work properly with my Lahman database 1960 league? It looks like the 1960 League is looking for .bmp's with numbers such as "001.bmp", but your facepacks actually have the players names "aaron.bmp".
What am I doing wrong? I used the batchthumbs program to convert the jpg's to bmp's and tried using numbers as well as the origninal file names, but no luck.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Hmmm. I use those same packs with 4Ever Baseball and they work very well. Although the game says it's looking for the player's number, as long as the filenames are formatted properly, it works as well. Just make sure they are in bmp format and placed in the league's PHOTOS folder (e.g., 4Ever.lg\PHOTOS). Then go to League Setup / Advanced Setup and click the Enable all player photos button on the right side. That should do it.

Names or numbers work as images for players. If a file is named for a player in the format FirstName_LastName.bmp, it will read this file first. If it can't find that, it will look for a number in the format P# where # is the player's number in OOTP. Hope that makes sense.
