there are several. one that I have and use is www.geocities.com. I think it is run by Yahoo now. Not much space, and if you ever get a lot of hits it'll shut down. Its worked pretty well for me so far. not sure about what you mean by showing files in forums, though...

oh, ok, I get it. you might try looking around on a site like ebay whose auctioneers display graphics in there auctions from different spots sometimes. I'm not suggesting searching through the auctions but instead looking for auction tools.
