if you're looking for the authentic schedules...no, I don't.
But if you just need something that will create realistic schedules for a 28-team league, davep's Schedule Generator will do that quickly and easily.

You can take a look at this thread.
I don't believe there are any schedule.dat files floating around, but if you don't mind manually entering the info, Le Grande Orange might be willing to forward the years you want to you. Couldn't hurt to ask him.

sttfrk is correct, I do have text files with the actual MLB schedules from 1993-97 (along with just about every other season too).
Problem is of course you're going to have to manually enter the schedule data into OOTP, which is a rather tedious affair. No schedule importer as of yet I'm afraid... but hopefully that will change.
