Try to do the Deft's hat logo...

try to do the same thing as deft's hat template for a helmet. Didn't come out to be as good as i thought. Any suggestion?

ps.Man, Deft you are good...it's is hard to make it look as real as your hats.

I've liked most of the stuff you've done Cuss, but honestly, that is one freaky looking helmet. I think the problem stems from the rim of the hat.

Get rid of the drop shadow and add inner/outer glow instead. Lets see what it looks like.

Start with a new helmet. There are tons of good helmet photos on the web. Also make sure its a MLB helmet instead of a youth helmet with only one ear hole.

I tried my hand at it. I posted the template on adventureran.com. I like the side angle you chose but I was already using this file for the generic fictional player template.

Also, check out some of the ATHL's team specific player pictures.

All of my templates are on adventureran.com. PCline did a set of fictional hats from my template if you don't want to make your own. Thanks everybody for your kind words.
