One problem with the orignal template - head was too small. I could tell that the full size faces were different, but the reduced faces looked too much alike.
Current template doubles the head size ![]() 2 ways to make lefties: 1) Simple way - save the Photoshop image as a BMP file then open up the image in Photoshop, flip horizonatlly and resave. 2) Lot more work - save the image as a BMP on a solid color background - other than white. Open the image and copy as a new layer in the template. Flip the player and cut out the solid background so the field background is visible. Gives a more authentic appearance that the player is actually on the other side of the plate since the background isn't flipped; just the player is flipped. Slowly but surely - have total of 30 pics so far. Planning to use this weekend to generate more.
How is the collections coming along so far? Also, have you set any deadline for pics?

I haven't had a chance to check out the first pack. I made a set of 100 awhile back:

Thanks for the kind words. However, I don't plan on making any more photos - I became very discouraged at the way the game uses them (the numbering and its usage in PbP mode). I was shocked to find that you couldn't assign (initially and easily) a particular set to just one team so the unis/hat combos/etc. make sense. Anyhow enough about that. For those who are interested, I'll share some templates to make life a bit easier:
Hat template: This hat is intentionally bigger than what you need so you could easily change the color combo of the top and the lid to match your needs. The following uniforms are already scaled according to the game's needs, width-wise: Uniform 1: Uniform 2: Uniform 3: Uniform 4: Just generate your face, resize it so the neck fits the uniform comfortably, and place the hat over your face's head
