Very small Roster Editor Update

You are now able with version 1.1 to change the active roster limit (1-50).

I did send the file to Steve and he will post it asap.

Thanks and again: Nobody is responsible of using the utility except the user itself. Please, make a backup before.

I'm wondering that as well, but mainly because I'm very curious to see how the game's AI will react to having a active roster limit other than 25...
