Gforce zero day roster..OOTP crashes

Sorry to post again, but after using Norton and cleaning everything...Now Zero conflicts on my system...I am still having problems...
I can play existing leagues(ootp provided) without any problems, sim, play, minimize, multitask etc...
However when I begin a league with Zero Day, I can look at players...set lineups etc...seemingly without problem.
However if I try to sim or play a game, I get an imediate ootp.exe error and the program closes..
Doesn't this eliminate all problems except for the ZippedZero Day?
BUt it seems that others would have problems can I corrupt the data while unzipping?
If I unzip to a 00tp/new.lg isn't it pretty much automatic..then I create a new standard league...not being manager in the first step....am i missing something?
I will be indebted for life to the person that can solve this problem.
