Need more logo requests!
We're bored over here guys. What gives???
If you can, please state the overall style you're going for when you request a logo. Just real basic...do you want it modern or classic....loud or subtle.......or post the league they're from so we can try to make them "fit in". Colors might be good too.

Portlander,
If you're serious...I could use a new logo for my team: Oslo Mountain Dawgs I would prefer a reddish maroon color (more red than purple) and a dark grey. If you need other colors, white and black would be great - but others that look good would be fine, too. I'm pretty indifferent about a classic or modern look. If you saw my current one you'd understand why. Check it out below. What i have now is pretty drab, eh? I'd like to get an actual dog in my logo. As for what a mountain dawg is....i have not a clue. Ya think you could come up with something a little more jazzy? Thanks a lot!

alright, I'll give you a couple. I've got logos for every team in my league, but some of them are not too good. If you want to come up with better ones, gravy! If not...at least I still have something.
Louisville Sluggers I like this logo...but it doesn't fit with the rest of the league. Not cartoonish enough ![]() Indiana Gold Sox This one is just too plain ![]() Here are other logos from my league that I like just fine. It might give you an idea of the kinds of logos I am looking for. Typical minor-league-type cartoonish logos are what I am mostly looking for. ![]() Not really modern, but not really old-time either. Think mid-1980's, cartoonish looking logos. If you can improve on the 5 listed above that would be awesome. Have fun! **EDIT** Here are logos that have been redone by Portlander for me:

If you're bored, try devising a Hard Apple Cider Thundering Lightning. They are my AA affiliate.
The Thundering Lightning colors are tan (hex =CCCC99 or RGB=204, 204, 153) and black. Make it modern and loud. |

wassup BillyBuck
the F4 was less than 2 miles from my house. I could see it, and I've driven by the damage many times.....but it didn't come after me, thankfully. I, like an idiot, was standing outside the whole time because I'm stupid. Apparently we're at a high-risk for more of these things tonight! But...that's another topic for another thread ;-) I wanna see what these genius' can do with my logos. Some of the talents on here amaze me to no end.

Hows about a Boston Jumbos logo for my fictional league? I've been using a modified 'Bama logo and it stinks...I'd love a logo with a big elephant, and in red and black...most of my logos are in the stiyle of the Ft. Worth Cats minor league logo with the baseball...Thanks in advance

I agree ZouDave....I love these guys' talents! (By the way, I live in Kansas City North - also about 2 miles away from one of the twisters. Here's to hoping they dont find their way here this afternoon)
Anyway....Josh....at first glance i was going to ask you to do a "less violent version" of the Oslo Mountain Dawgs logo but the more I look at it....the more I kind of like its "graphic-ness". I think I might like the second version a little better. Thanks a lot!

yep, Kansas City North for me as well (kinda near I-29 & 169). You know the Side Pockets that got obliterated on Englewood & 169? I'm moving about 1/2 mile north of there in 3 weeks. Glad the tornado didn't take out my new home!!!

When I heard Side Pockets had gotten hit, I really started gettin nervous. I live east of I-29 between 64th St. and Barry Road. Sounds like we're pretty close to each other.
Yeah...it would kind of stink losin your house before you actually moved into it. Then again, it would probably be a blessing, wouldn't it? Here's a little picture for everyone to get to know ZouDave and me a little better:
