More Logo Help Needed

I like the bull but I dont need the writing or the bull popping out of the circle. I just would like a bull picture, something to be used as a hat logo.

Its close but I was looking for something bigger. I dont know if there is a way to keep the integrity of the picture without the text.

Okay, well here it is bigger, and in the same position as it appears in the original pic, only w/o the text and everything. Same position - but slightly larger.
