Avatar Problems
I'm trying to put in to use an avatar. However, every time that i try to use on that i like it keeps saying that it is too large. How would i go about making it smaller? Or if someone could do it for me(i'm not that good with computers) just let me know. I would be very thankful.

Thanks for making them the right size, but. I now have another problem. It is telling me that they are not in a valid GIF or JPG file. How do i fix this?
