Acknowledgements: .400 Software Studios for making the game.
CommishJoe for making the CSVReporter essential for this utility.

This is a bare bones utility at this point, there will be enhancements
in the near future.

To use:
Run The OOTP5 CSV Reporter
Open teams.csv in notepad and delete the first line
Run the Minor League Standing Utility.

Notes:
The teams.csv file must be in the same directory as the utility.
By default CommishJoe's Exporter expects the .dat files and places the
output the C:\Temp directory.

Enjoy.
