Need help with draft utility

Has anyone used the draft utility? I could use some help, it appears that only one round at a time can be edited. I tried editing all the rounds for a draft and then saving them but when I reload the file all the rounds are the same as the last round I edited.

Is it possbile to edit all the rounds of a draft before the draft? Or does each round have to be edited before the round? Any help would be appreciated.

Each round must be edited before that round is run.
