Should solve all of the install and Nuke problems.

Nop. Everything was code changes.

If we're not using Nuke, and had no install problems, is there any reason to upgrade?

I fixed the issue with some reports not showing the new drop down menu, and cleaned up the financial report a bit.

I suppose you'll do just fine if you don't upgrade, but if you come across a report that doesn't show the main menu, just upload the new version.
