csv dat importer

ok here's my issue. i have just edited my league team.csv (to add managers) and parks.csv (to quick edit the photos for the park). how can i import those 2 back into the dat files they came from? i don't want to have to manually type everything in in game

Advanced league setup within the game, I think.
