In-Game Stadium Prob

I found the OTL stadiums that I was going to use for a 2003 MLB solo league. However, when I go to a team like Arizona for instance I see that they are playing in Jacobs Field. No big deal, I'll just change that to the B.O.B. But the BOB is not listed as a choice for me (in the team setup menu). What's even more strange is that the BOB shows up in my graphics folder along with the rest of the 50+ stadiums.

How do I get all of the avail stadiums to show up on the Team Setup screen so that I can use them for in-game backgrounds?
