New Montreal Stadium

Im in 2004 in solo league and think its time for a new stadium for the Expos. If anyone has the time to make a stadium i would apprexiate it. I'd Like to be a retractable roof stadium and have it favor hitters slightly more than pitchers to go along with the current trend of new stadiums. Thanks in advance.
