Cato's OOTP Gazette for OOTP4

Has anyone used this little utility in there league with OOTP5? If so, do you have to modify anything to get it to work properly.

I've been told it won't work..

I've also read that Cato has tossed around the idea of updating it to work with OOTP5 if there was a big enough demand for it...
