Penguins Logo desired

I am looking for a logo for my team, the Dover Penguins.
Preferred colors are ice blue and black. I am looking for something completely different than a modification of the Pittsburgh Penguins of the NHL.

Anyone have any ideas, suggestions, or submittals?

Here's a modified one i made for the Jr. NBA team that i coach, the Parkcrest Penguins. We went allthe way to the finals only to lose by 9 at the end.
