New member of the BOSI development team

We would like to welcome Jack Altiere to the BOSI development team. Jack brings over 3 years of PhP and MySQL experience to the team, something we sorely lacked.

With Jack coming on-line, we are taking a step back and documenting/auditing all existing code before we decide where we are going to go. So, you won't be seeing any new functionality for a while. However, you should see some patches that are aimed at cleaning up and optimizing existing code.
