Creating Stadiums???

How do you design stadiums???. I would really much like to do this. Is it hard???. Any info would be appriciated, Thanks.

The easiest way I know is to take screenshots of existing stadia and then cut-'n'-paste to make something new.

I would think that's the best way to do it too. but Teflon probably has some better and advanced way.
