Historical Randomize Utility
In one of my online leagues, there was mention of a utility that randomized all of the debut years for the players in the Lahman DB. I haven't heard of any such utility. Does anyone know if anything like this exists?

I have been working on a modification of Lahman DB that changes debut years and stats in piching, hitting, fielding to match
