I did a couple Marauders logos for couriers a while back. If you like either one of them, let me know, and I can easily change the city name.

Framing an image, for me, is not hard at all. I can border an image or logo in literally seconds. On the other hand, if you just bought Photoshop, yeah, it might be a tad tricky, but it's very simple, and once you learn what to do, you won't forget how to do it.
