Is BBSC accepting uploads?

Because usually they've gotten files I've sent up in 2 days, and I'm still waiting. I noticed that they didn't have anything recent.

If there not, is there another good place for me to upload my ballpark files?

How big were the files? Larger files take longer because Gwynar would have to find somewhere to store them. Assuming there isn't something interfering with him updating the site.
