Can anyone make this look better?

Hello,

My design skills are minimal at best. Can anyone touch up or improve this logo? Thanks. I am open to any improvements or alterations but would like to keep the general idea and color scheme of the logo. Any tips and suggestions would be welcomed. (Like stop designing graphics because you suck, etc.)

Henry,

I see you know the AFL as well. I have that same icon but was looking to change the yellow to white. The Avengers are the all-American team - red, white, and blue. I lost a lot of the logo's clarity when I messed with it. Thanks for any help.

Excellent, Henry...you really do very special work.

I didn't think the original could be improved...but the script did improve it.

I'm with Scout or Chris...would prefer white over the yellow.
