Park Factors based on OOTP ballpark ratings - spreadsheet finished!

I think I've solved the problem from my earlier post, and have written an Excel spreadsheet for my league's ballparks (IOSBL).

This should solve the problem of having accurate one-season park factors as a context for evaluating player performance (based on OOTP park ratings, rather than the small 81-game sample size that you'd otherwise get from looking at actual RS/RA data).

I don't think I'll be making any further adaptations, due to time constraints. No macros. I can send the file to anyone who is interested.
