Color "replacer"?

I found a great set of stadiums except for one problem: the color 0,0,0 is transparent in OOTP5. Is there a program that can replace 0,0,0 with a different color?

Failing that, how do you set the background color of a skin to black?

Just make it like 1,1,1 or something, it looks exactly the same.
