Logo Request - DC Coalition

You guys rock btw, but I just decided to move my team in an online league before I realized I really suck at making logos... anyway no particular requests for the logo besides the words 'DC' and 'Coalition', haha.

Good work, SandMan.

I know this is not my logo request, so it's ok to ignore my comments.

I would like to see this:

Put WASHINGTON in White on a Blue background...like number 1.

Put COALITION in White on a Blue background and place it below the DC semicircle.

Put DC in the middle like number 2...but complete the circle of stars...make it a circle instead of a semicircle.

Just some thoughts. Ignore them if they take too much time...or if you don't think they will improve it.
