National rosters?

With the Olympics coming, I'd like to make national team rosters using players from 2004 (such as CBLCardinal's set, which I have). Is there a quick way to do this, or would I have to do the release-and-draft thing?

OK, now I've got the CBL1.4 rosters (thanks!). Is there a way to open the "players" file into a Excel worksheet and arrange by country of birth that way?

Any suggestions greatly appreciated...
