I was wondering if anyone has ever tried putting together a spring training schedule. Obviously, it would be very difficult to include games where the teams play themselves. I've copied my league folder and will be re-aligning the leagues based on the Cactus and Grapefruit leagues and running a short 30-day schedule for spring training just to get some stats.

To be a little more specific (I forgot my league setup isn't typical MLB) I'm looking for a 24 team schedule with approximately 30 games and no interleague play.

8 team short season please!

Hi... I'd like the following schedual if possible... i'm sticking with 6.5 for now due to concerns about gameplay in 2006:

-8 teams total, 2 leagues, 1 division (4 teams per league)
-30 game regular season, 18 vs. divisional opponents (6 vs. each team), 12 interleague (3 vs. each team)
-season starts July 15th, 4 off days for each team + 3 day all-star break mid season
-typical series = 3 games

thanks! I really appreciate it.

Schedule Request

I was wondering if someone had some time to put a schedule together for me...

This is for use OOTP 6...haven't upgraded yet...

Here is what I am looking for:
2 Leagues
4 Divisions
4 Teams a piece
Total 32 Teams

Unbalanced Schedule
25 games per team w/in division
6 games per team outside division (same league)
1 game per team in other League (interleague)

If I did my math correctly, it calculates to:
75 games w/in division, 25 per team
72 games outside division, 6 per team
16 games of interleague baseball
163 Total Games

If possible could you please have the schedule start on day 90 (March 31st on Monday, based on year 2003)

Need a break for an all-star game, sometime mid-season, don't care about the day of the week or anything.

I would like the final 2 weeks of the season to be w/in divsion games only.

Thats about it...Thank you for your help.

Tony

Double Headers

Somebody mentioned copying double headers into these schedules? Does that mean these schedules dont have any double headers?

Anyone have a schedule for a 1 league 18 team league? It will have 3 divisions of 6 teams and each team will play it s own division 18 times and the other divisions 6 times for a total of 162 games.

Hello All

I need a schedule for a 18 team league. Two leagues, the first one with two divisions of 4 teams, the second league with two divisions of 5 teams.

I'd like it to be balanced and have interleague play please.

I tried using schedule generator and the converter but I coudln't get it to work.

Thanks in advance.

gmo,

My league has been using the schedule referenced above (filename is "ootp6schedule16team_224u_b.txt") for about 5 seasons now.

I like the set-up of the schedule, just getting a little tired/bored with playing the same teams at the same exact times and each team having the same exact off-days every season.

I would like to retain where interleague play happens at the same times though if possible.

Basically, would like to retain the structure of the schedule referenced but mix up the match-ups.

Thanks,

Brad

If I can request a custom schedule...something totally different from the 2006 schedule. My GM's are getting tired of playing the same schedule.

Typical MLB Format (5-5-4, 5-6-5)
162 games
Season Starts April 1st, Season ends October 2nd

Unbalanced schedule
80 divisional games
58 games against teams outside the division, yet still in the same league
24 interleague games (including rivalry series, like the Crosstown Series between the Cubs and White Sox, the Subway Series between the Mets and Yankees, etc. No restrictions on the actual matchups)
Typical series: 3 games
All Star Break in early mid-July

Tell me if I missed anything, but this should be enough info. If nobody can do it, or if I've posted in the wrong thread about requesting schedules, that's fine

need interleague
and would like each team to play there division around 19 times (i know the division with 6 and 4 teams will be less and more but thats fine)
